During station renovations, the Long Island Railroad needed a space for customers to purchase tickets and wait for their train. Cassone identified the iBox as an ideal option due to the space limitations and building requirements of the LIRR. Once the renovations were completed, the unit was quickly disassembled and taken off – site so the busy station could return to normal service
