The developer of the new 92-unit St. Regis luxury condominium complex needed a temporary on-site Sales Gallery to pre-sell residences during construction. Since the facility would only be required until most units were sold and the project neared completion, a relocatable building provided a cost-effective and efficient solution.
Cassone supplied a 36’ x 68’ modular building that was transformed into a high-end sales office. The design mirrored the interiors of future residences, creating an immersive experience for prospective buyers. To achieve this, the building was outfitted with Kohler kitchen and bath fixtures, stone and quartz countertops, and wood and stone tile flooring—all signature finishes of the St. Regis brand.

Transporting and installing the units presented unique challenges due to their ceiling heights: 9’ interiors in the end units and a 10’ interior height in the center unit.
