The goal was to create a shared space that could accommodate both office staff and field employees in a single, fully functional building.

Cassone’s team also engineered and installed a custom aluminum deck and ramp to fit within the site’s steep slope and tight footprint. Every detail was tailored to ensure the building operated seamlessly as a long-term workspace for multiple departments.

In addition, the project required complete infrastructure connections, including power, water, sewer, and IT systems, all within a strict timeline under public contract requirements.

The modular building was delivered, installed, and fully operational within just three weeks of delivery. The custom aluminum deck and ramp design ensured accessibility and stability despite the steep site conditions.
