The facility was built to accommodate 14 dogs along with their handlers, while providing all the essential amenities for day-to-day operations. The building layout includes:
- Administrative Areas: Offices, a large conference room, kitchen, and locker/bath/shower facilities for handlers.
- Canine-Specific Areas: Fourteen spacious kennels, an Isolation Room with 2 additional kennels, a dedicated dog washing and drying station, a laundry room, and a large storage area for food and supplies.

Challenge
Client needed key administration and kennels in a very tight footprint. This included offices, a large conference room, kitchen, and locker/bath/shower facilities for canine handlers. Fourteen spacious kennels, an Isolation Room with 2 additional kennels, a dedicated dog washing and drying station, a laundry room, and a large storage area for food and supplies.

Outcome
Installation of the building required the use of a crane due to the 2-story design.
Cassone worked with the owner for several weeks to create an effective logistics plan that would provide minimal disturbance to the facility’s 24-hour operation. Cassone then executed a carefully orchestrated plan and installed the building in a single day with minimal disruption.
