East Islip Middle School partnered with Cassone Leasing to find a secure, on-site storage solution for their growing athletics program. Cassone delivered durable, weather-resistant storage containers that keep sports equipment organized, dry, and easily accessible, right next to the fields where it’s needed most.
Cassone designed and customized the units to meet both the school’s practical and visual goals. Cassone painted each container in East Islip’s signature red and was fitted with roll-up doors to create separate access points for multiple teams—the result: storage that works hard and looks great on the field.

Challenge
With limited indoor space and multiple sports sharing the same facilities, the school needed an affordable way to store equipment year-round, without sacrificing field area or accessibility. Each team required its own secure access to avoid mixing gear, all while keeping equipment dry through changing weather conditions.
Solution
Cassone developed a custom multi-access storage configuration featuring traditional container doors in the front and roll-up doors on the side. This layout provided each team with its own dedicated entry point, enabling them to retrieve or return gear quickly with no waiting, overlap, or wasted field space.
Outcome
The customized containers have streamlined daily operations for East Islip Middle School’s athletic department. Teams across all seasons now enjoy secure, organized, and convenient access to their gear, while the color-matched units bring a touch of school spirit to the sidelines.
