As a certified Women-owned Business Enterprise (WBE), Cassone has an extensive understanding regarding the municipalities within the State of New York. This gives Cassone an tremendous advantage in long-term projects and makes us great partners for contractors to have on site. From the start, this was a large project for the State of New York. Formerly a landfill, the construction and repurposing of the 407 acres took three years.

Cassone was initially brought in due to their extensive modular experience, especially given how many complex buildings the park would need. Initially, Cassone supported the construction with basic products such as Office Trailers, Office Containers, Ground Level Storage Containers, and Guard Booths. Construction included installing an impermeable plastic cap and a below-ground barrier to fully encapsulate the landfills and support future reuse.

As the park continued to develop with the planting of new grass, trees, shrubs, and other plants that enhanced the ecosystem of the area, the state also began planning for admin buildings and recreational areas. A dozen different units including double wide complexes, office trailers, ground level storage, and guard booths were installed on the site and wrapped with the colorful branding of the park.
